The VHFCNBA has consistently dedicated itself to the advancement of Black attorneys in the legal profession and to increasing the profession’s involvement in both community outreach and public service. That is why we created our Scholarship Program. We award scholarships annually to deserving law school students all across the state of Florida. Our scholarship recipients are some of the best and brightest in their classes. Over the years we have assisted dozens of students financially with their bar exam preparation through this program.
Graduating students who will be taking the July Florida Bar Examination are also encouraged to apply. Applicants for a VHFCNBA scholarship will be judged on the strength of their written application and essay.
The 2025 Scholarship Application will be available in February 2025.
